The quality assurance policy of Van Vliet TechSupport B.V. (the workshop of Van Vliet Automotive Group) is based on the manufacture and delivery of products and services that comply with the requirements set out in the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2015. The requirements defined by this standard are set out in a quality assurance manual. This manual describes the quality management system implemented by Van Vliet Services and contains instructions to ensure the quality of the products and services provided. The specified requirements are primarily related to customer satisfaction, which must be guaranteed by avoiding non-conformities at every stage, from manufacturing to servicing of new trucks. Van Vliet was awarded ISO certification in 1996 by the SGS organization of the Institute for Quality Certification. To guarantee the validity of the certification, SGS regularly conducts follow-up audits of the company.
